I recently saw a home for sale where the owner was throwing in his antique Mercedes convertible. However, that's just another maintenance expense, right? We've been staging homes for many years and our track record has been that every home we've staged has sold in 30 days or less, even in the current market. Statistics show that staged homes sell faster than those unstaged. today's homebuyer is looking for a showhouse feel upon entering a property. A convertible cannot compete with walking into an empty, cluttered, or dated property! Interesting article.
