One Canal Prepares For Outdoor Season, Winery Opening
More than 91 percent of the apartments at Trinity Financial’s 320-unit One Canal complex in the Bulfinch Triangle have been leased since its May opening. A roof deck and swimming pool with panoramic views of the Boston skyline and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway quickly became popular gathering spots in the warm weather months, said Brandon Kelly, the complex’s leasing manager. In the fall, City Winery will open a 30,000-square-foot winery, restaurant and live music venue in One Canal’s retail space.
