• Keith Warren (father) moves to Hubbard Street house in Concord in 1969, and lives with Timothy and Phyllis Warren for the next 17 years. Dies in Bridgton, Maine in 1987, aged 94

1970s

• Tim Jr. graduates Bowdoin College in 1970
• Betsy graduates from Bowdoin in 1972 after three years at Wheaton College
• Peter graduates from Bowdoin in 1974
• Betsy marries Nathaniel White in Lovell, Maine on July 2, 1977
• Peter marries Deborah Nichols in Martha’s Vineyard on Aug. 25, 1979

1980s 

• Tim Jr. marries Sarah Wentworth in Reno, Nevada, on Oct. 2, 1980

1990s 

• Patricia Warren (sister) dies in Lovell, Maine on Aug. 13, 1999, aged 79

2000s

• Sells family home in Lovell on Sept. 23, 2002
• Sells house on Hubbard Street, Concord on Feb. 20, 2004. Moves to Concord Greene
