Typically swimming with conference attendees during the workday, the Seaport District has become a known convening point in recent years, especially since the construction of the Boston Convention & Exposition Center. But after the “9-to-5” bustle, many visitors to the Hub have felt like fish out of water in a relatively retail barren district.
