One Beacon Back on Sales Block

Barely 16 months after buying Boston’s One Beacon St., a New York-based investment group is putting the 34-story office tower up for sale, according to industry sources. It is unclear what price is being sought for the 1.1 million-square-foot structure, but some observers indicated the ownership is bullish the effort will yield a substantial gain above the $340 million paid by its current owners, the Feil Organization.
