Commercial real estate deals are flowing swiftly these days for Essex River Ventures, with the Boston-based firm agreeing to sell its headquarters on Friend Street to Everest Partners LLC and committing to buy a three-building, 315,000-square-foot suburban portfolio at a price reported to be around $30 million.
