Developers Sharpen Plans for Work on River’s Edge

The progress on what was once called TeleCom City might seem stalled to the casual observer, but the developers of the fenced-in, cleared-off construction site that lies on the borders of Malden, Medford and Everett hope to have definitive plans for the site ready in the next few months, and perhaps commence construction by the end of the year.
Town’s University Office Park May Be Changing Hands Again

For the second time in just over two years, the University Office Park in Waltham is about to change hands, according to industry sources who maintain that NPV Direct Invest has agreed to purchase the two-building asset from current owner Transwestern Investment Co.
