Massachusetts has plenty to lose and lots to gain by paying attention to issues of climate change. We have the incentive (not to be flooded) and the wherewithal (the highest concentration of research capabilities anywhere on the planet). And now, at the level of state and city government there is discernible and positive movement on legislation addressing climate change and the built environment.
