Town Reopens Facilities, Rebounds After Financial Woes

Located at 625 Main St. in Hampden, the Town Hall houses all town government departments, including the selectmen’s office and the office of the town clerk.
In 2005, Hampden was the only town in the country to close its library due to lack of funds, according to Board of Selectmen Chairman John D. Flynn.
