Dennis Stackhouse, a Boston-based developer who in the early 1990s was involved in a nasty dispute with lenders over a property at 1010 Massachusetts Ave., is today embroiled in an even messier dust-up in South Florida. To put it mildly, Stackhouse has a lot of ’splainin’ to do.
