Chris Norris is part of a core group of advocates that has pushed for millions of dollars for affordable housing over the years. His efforts were rewarded when the state created the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Affordable Housing Trust Fund, programs that have helped with the creation and preservation of thousands of homes.
