For the first time in 16 years, a Democrat is in the corner office at the State House. Given that William Weld, Paul Cellucci, Jane Swift and Mitt Romney routinely squabbled with the majority party, Gov. Deval Patricks time on Beacon Hill should be a cakewalk.
