Borrowers seeking a home loan in Bay State metropolitan areas in 2006 had at least a one-in-five chance of getting it at a high cost, according to Foreclosure Exposure, a study of lending in 172 U.S. metropolitan areas released last week by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
