Senior Staff Communication Key Component Of Successful Hotel Renovations Worldwide

Landmark Hotels Group completed construction on the first Embassy Suites Hotel in Mexico – the Embassy Suites by Hilton Mexico City-Reforma. The 18-story, 162-suite, boutique-style hotel marked the completion of a successful international construction project and provided LHG with great insight on how to conduct efficient business in a non-English speaking country. LHG team-members attended an immersion course in Mexico City to help build basic Spanish vocabulary and conversational knowledge that would help them communicate with their Mexican vendors.

Embassy Suites Hotels, a leading all-suite, upscale, full-service brand owned by Hilton, embarked on a massive overhaul of their properties in 2006, aiming to renovate nearly 45 percent of the brand’s 186 hotels by December 2007.
