Concord Academy, an exclusive private school that has educated the likes of Caroline Kennedy and Queen Noor of Jordan, recently purchased almost 12 acres of farmland for $3.6 million. The school purchased the property at 167 Fairhaven Road, known as the Arena Farms, in late August from John J. and Josephine T. Arena.
