Bay State Home Sales Fall 17 Percent in October
BOSTON, Nov. 27, 2007 Single-family home sales in October dropped by a double-digit percentage for the second month in a row, renewing a downward trend following a period of nearly flat sales. The median home sales price in Massachusetts also fell compared with the same time period in 2006, according to a report released today by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
