Foregone Conclusion?

A foreclosure auction for 29 loft-style condominiums in Worcester’s Main South neighborhood may not take place as scheduled on Wednesday. University Park Loft Condominiums was completed in 2006, but only eight of the 37 units sold.
Bidders hoping to score a new Worcester loft on the cheap may have to wait. The developer of University Park Loft Condominiums says a scheduled auction is off.
