Loan Report Finds ‘Reverse Redlining’ in Hub

“High-risk” subprime lenders closed far more loans in minority and low-income neighborhoods in 2006 than in majority-white neighborhoods with higher median incomes, according to a report released Thursday by the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance and six other fair lending advocacy groups across the country.
