In early March, about 5,000 representatives of the Credit Union industry descended upon Washington, D.C., for the Credit Union National Association’s Government Affairs Conference. While attending the world’s largest credit union gathering, I was able to hear from a number of federal lawmakers and visit personally with members of our local delegation.
