Jeffrey B. Locke has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager, of Bay State Savings Bank’s Worcester lo-cation at 799 Grafton St. Locke joined the bank in 2007 as branch manager. He has more than 10 years of banking experience, with particular expertise in branch management and business development. Previously, Locke held various management positions at Sterling Staffing, Grafton Suburban Credit Union and Commerce Bank & Trust.
