Welcome to BankerandTradesman's Official Record pages.

Here are three suggestions to assist your navigation through this section of our web site.

1. To view the most current records click the appropriate link below and follow to the records you wish to view.

2. To view archived -- previous issue -- Massachusetts records you must first click on the button to the left for "Back Issues" and then select a specific issue date. The second step is to then click on either the "Real Estate Records" or "Credit Records" link on the left navigation bar under the category "News". To see archived Rhode Island records, simply scroll down the page and select the date you wish to view.

3. Another, and perhaps easier, way to view Massachusetts archives is to use the search feature located on the left navigation bar. You can enter a county name, town name, street name or other word that you believe would appear on a records page and the search results will include links to all records containing the search word(s). Rhode Island records are not searchable in this fashion.

Click to download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat ReaderOnce you are viewing the PDF on your screen you can use the Acrobat search feature to locate specific instances where the word you are searching for appears within the page.
