A vacant office building and parking lot off Soldiers Field Road in Brighton will be redeveloped as multifamily housing, including an income-restricted condominium building.

Boston-based Dinosaur Capital Partners received approval from the Boston Planning and Development Agency for a 211-unit apartment complex at 1550 Soldiers Field Road and 38-unit condo complex at 21 Soldiers Field Place. The 223,000-square-foot development would be served by 175 on-site parking spaces, including a 148-space underground garage.

Half of the condos will be restricted to households earning a maximum of 80 percent of area median income, with the remainder set aside for households making up to 100 percent AMI.

Developers agreed to build a 900-foot-long shared pedestrian and bicycling path along Soldiers Field Road and the ramp to Leo Birmingham Parkway

The $65 million project is scheduled for completion in early 2020.
