The owner of Lowell’s CrossPoint towers and a former Waltham postal facility has picked up another suburban commercial property in Totten Pond Office Park.

Boston-based Anchor Line Partners in a partnership with Northwood Investors paid $51.1 million for the three-building campus at 400, 410 and 460 Totten Pond Road.

The campus is 87-percent leased to 43 tenants and contains newly renovated amenities including a cafeteria, fitness center, conference room and cafe.

Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets team in Boston represented the seller, TA Realty.

Anchor Line and Northwood Investors are converting the former postal distribution center at 200 Smith St. in Waltham into a 395,000-square-foot collaborative office building called Post.

In 2015, Anchor Line and Farallon Capital Management acquired the 1.2-million-square-foot CrossPoint towers in Lowell and prompted Kronos to consolidate and relocate from Chelmsford after a major capital improvement project.
