An office and data center in Andover has been sold to an affiliate of Menlo Park, California-based Menlo Equities for $15 million.

The seller, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, acquired the 2-story, 92,700-square-foot building on 6 acres at 15 Shattuck Road in 2013 for $12 million.

HFF Boston’s investment sales team represented the seller.

Menlo Equities had $1.7 billion in real estate under management as of Dec. 31. The firm invests in data centers, infill logistics centers, life science office and R&D properties in U.S. tech clusters.
