A hearing loss specialist has joined more than 100 health care providers that lease space from Cummings Properties in Beverly.
Tobias & Battite relocated last month from Cabot Street to a custom-built facility at Cummings Properties’ 48 Dunham Ridge.
Cummings leasing officer Joe Greer represented ownership in the lease transaction, which included a custom buildout of the 2,000-square-foot space.
Tobias & Battite joins an expanding roster of tenants at the 54-acre Dunham Ridge campus including New England Biolabs, Microline Surgical, PROVA US, spmd, System 7 Wolfers, Gannett Co., Acculab Measurements Standards, GreenBananaSEO and Harmonic Drive.
