A third-party logistics company has leased nearly 116,000 square feet at Billerica Commerce Center, bringing the property up to full occupancy.
Omni Logistics will occupy 90 Salem Road, a 612,685-square-foot warehouse and distribution center built in 1982 and renovated in 2007. The property includes 17 loading docks, six drive-up doors and rail service located three miles from the junction of Routes 3 and 495.
Founded in 1983, Omni Logistics is a global logistics provider specializing in temperature‑controlled warehouses, turnkey staffing and global shipping.
CBRE’s David Corkery, Steve Clancy, Rachel Marks and other members of CBRE Boston Consulting represented the tenant, Omni Logistics, and the landlord, Clarion Partners.
“In a tight real estate market, Omni Logistics was able to secure a long-term home that provides for growth and expansion in an important market area,” stated CBRE’s Corkery said in a statement.
