| Charlesgate Realty Group will market 29 condominium units at The Saybrook, a complex developed by Brookline-based City Realty that recently broke ground at 214 Market St. in Brighton.
Designed by Embarc Studio architects of South Boston, the 5-story, 42,840-square-foot building will include one- through three-bedroom units ranging from 670 to 1,230 square feet.
Amenities include bike storage, garage parking and private outdoor space. Completion is scheduled for summer 2019.
