Caffè Nero has signed a lease in the Burnham Building in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.

The London-based coffeehouse opened its first local location in 2013 at Millennium Place in downtown Boston and later opened shops at 360 Longwood Ave. and 733 Centre St. in Jamaica Plain. Another is planned at 368 Congress St. in Fort Point.

The 335,000-square-foot Burnham Building and Millennium Tower Boston commercial space is now fully leased.

Representing Millennium Partners in the lease transaction was real estate broker Gene P. Spiegelman, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield along with Emily Ou, senior director. John Dennis of Corporate Realty Advisors represented Caffè Nero.
