The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank recently announced the hiring of two new employees.
Tracy Buckley-Scott has joined as assistant vice president and director of branch operations, and Mandee Blair as branch operations officer.
Buckley-Scott brings over 15 years in experience in local community banking. Most recently, he worked as retail operations manager for a Massachusetts-based community bank and previously as retail banking manager and assistant branch manager at two other Massachusetts-based community banks.
Blair has experience in management, retail banking and operations. She was most recently store manager and assistant store manager at a Cape Cod branch of a national bank. Previously, she has worked as senior allocation analyst and allocation analyst for an international company.
