Commerce Bank

Commerce Bank recently donated $5,000 to Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester to go toward the building of a new home at 38 Aetna St. in Worcester, which is designated for a veteran family as part of the Veterans Build Initiative.

 

East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank presented a $1,000 donation to the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association, a Waltham-based nonprofit organization and advocacy group for assisted living in Massachusetts that provides housing for senior citizens of various needs and income levels.

 

MutualOne Bank

MutualOne announced that its foundation has awarded $2,500 to the Framingham Cultural Council (FCC). The grant will augment funds received from the Massachusetts Cultural Council to support FCC grants to local programs in the arts, humanities and interpretative sciences.

 

North Brookfield Savings Bank

North Brookfield Savings Bank announced its “Feed a Camper at Camp Putnam” fundraiser raised $2,263 to go to Camp Putnam to provide meals for campers from low-income families that will attend the New Braintree camp.

 

Rockland Trust

The Waltham Boys & Girls Club recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of renovations and performing arts programming expansion through a $335,000 grant from the Rockland Trust Charitable Foundation.
