Boston-based Berkshire Bank announced that, in partnership with New England Sports Network, it has granted $15,100 to A Bed For Every Child.

Cornerstone Bank

Worcester-based Cornerstone Bank recently made a $5,000 donation to the Spencer Exchange Club in support of its upcoming charity golf tournament. The bank also donated $1,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest in support of the organization’s youth mentoring program.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union held its ninth annual We Share A Common Thread Foundation Fundraiser on Feb. 23, raising nearly $60,000 to support the foundation’s mission to help support the lives of people in our community by providing assistance with food, shelter, clothing, health and education.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank made a $7,000 grant to support Family Promise Metrowest’s Local Initiative for Family Empowerment program.

Naveo Credit Union

Somerville-based Naveo Credit Union raised nearly $300 for The Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in one day during its Rally Against Cancer fundraiser. Naveo staff dressed down in Red Sox gear for the Boston Red Sox home opener on April 9 in exchange for a $5 donation to the Jimmy Fund. In addition, the branches were equipped with canisters for members to donate to the cause.

Newburyport Bank

Newburyport Bank donated $100,000 to Exeter Hospital for the benefit of the Center for Cancer Care in Exeter, New Hampshire. The bank also donated $3,000 to support the 8th annual fundraiser of Pettengill House, which provides “wraparound” services to support at-risk individuals, children and families within the local area. And the bank helped to set the table for the YMCA of the Seacoast’s “Farm to Table Dinner and Auction Benefit” with a $1,000 donation.
