Pembroke-based Acella Construction Corp. staff members raised $13,000 by taking part in the 31st annual Rodman Ride for Kids. The company has been a regular participant in the fundraiser for the nonprofit Rodman for Kids, a youth-focused social service organization. Participants included Acella President David Dirubbo, team captain, and Scott Brash, Darla Brooks, Nick Costa, Todd Gainey, Ryan Klebes, Ryan LaVangie, Jay McGilvray, Saul Schrader, Jillianne Tripp and Marcin Zebrowski.

BHHS Commonwealth Real Estate

Watertown-based BHHS Commonwealth Real Estate held its first annual Family Fun Day and 5K Walk on Oct. 17, raising $20,000 for for the Sunshine Kids Foundation.

Bristol County Savings Bank

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank donated $25,00 to the Fall river Fire Department to celebrate its foundation’s 25th anniversary. The bank plans to make similar donations to all 13 fire departments in communities where the bank has branches.

Herrick Lutts Realty Partners

Beverly-based Herrick Lutts Realty Partners principals Paul Herrick and Nick Zoltas raised over $20,000 to benefit Mass. Eye and Ear by running in the Boston Marathon. Both Herrick and Zoltas have many personal connections to diseases and other ailments the hospital treats.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union gave $1,500 to the Westford Chous via its Give-A-Click campaign, where customers vote on local nonprofits they would like the bank to support.

Leominster Credit Union

Leominster Credit Union gave $5,000 to local mentorship nonprofit Fathering Fathers Inc.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank gave $7,500 to Bethany Hill Place to support its English language teaching program.

The bank also gave $15,000 to the United Way of Tri-County to support its food pantry, free community meal program, Ready to Read literacy program and several other social service programs.
