The Woburn-based Cummings Foundation has pledged of $100,000 to The One Fund Boston in honor of Marc Fucarile of Stoneham, who was seriously injured in one of the blasts during the Boston Marathon.
Marc, 34, is the son of Ed Fucarile, a longtime staff member at the foundation’s for-profit affiliate, Cummings Properties LLC.
"The entire Cummings organization is keeping the Fucarile family, along with all the other families affected by this horrific event, in our thoughts and prayers. We are honored to support these innocent victims by contributing to The One Fund," Joel Swets, executive director of Cummings Foundation, said in a statement.
