A Danvers industrial property has been sold for $8 million.

The 119,000-square-foot, class B warehouse at 125 Water St. was sold to a Concord-based real estate investment firm Arris Partners.

Avision Young Vice President Brandon Dickason and Principal Scott Jamieson represented the seller, 125 Water Street LLC. Long-term tenants include the McCue Corp. and Harvey Industries.

The site is “a well-located industrial warehouse, 100 percemt leased to two quality tenants,” Dickason said in a statement. “Both tenants are committed to the building and location, making this an ideal opportunity for Arris. Both the buyer and seller made this a seamless transaction from beginning to end, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.”
