After years of delays, a $10 million apartment project near downtown Worcester could soon move forward.

Developer Robert Branca bought the former restaurant parcel on the corner of Wall and Norfolk streets in 2015 for $850,000, plus $320,000 worth of abutting land according to the Worcester Business Journal.

A deteriorating retaining wall and significant amounts of ledge that had to be removed kept the project from advancing until now, the publication reports.
