| Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. recently added three new mortgage originators.
Gregory Iovanna and David Stuart joined the company as senior mortgage loan officer and senior mortgage banker, respectively, at its Marshfield branch. Susan Dick joined Fairway as a mortgage banker at the Newburyport location.
Dick has 30 years of experience across Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, with 27 of those years spent as a loan officer. She has also worked as a mortgage processor and an underwriter. At Fairway, her focus will include conventional, government, jumbo and Mass Housing loans. She has a degree in geology from Colgate University.
Iovanna has 13 years of industry experience, including three years spent as a branch manager. He has a degree from Champlain College and also coaches high school baseball.
Stuart has eight years of mortgage industry experience, as well as six years of experience owning a real estate company. His specialties include first-time homebuyers and Mass Housing loans. He has a degree in finance from Keene State College.
