Cathy Minnerly
Four brokers, including NAI Hunneman’s Cathy Minnerly, have joined Colliers International Boston to expand its southwest team.
Minnerly has a 31-year career in commercial real estate with a specialty in the south suburban industrial markets, and averaging more than 50 sales and leases annually including such transactions of Amazon’s warehouse at South Coast Park and Martignetti’s new headquarters and distribution facility in Myles Standish Park.
Ovar Osvold, Sean Hannigan and Glenne Bachman are also joining Colliers’ southwest team, which consists of David Goodhue, Caleb Hudak, Stephen Woelfel Jr., Kevin Brawley, PJ Foster, John Real and Alex Langer.
Osvold has brokered more than 5 million square feet of transactions in the past eight years.
“Cathy and her team have an impressive track record of assignments and relationships in the Greater Boston market,” Colliers President James Elcock said in a statement. “Their strength, combined with the strength and depth of our existing Southwest team, will make for an addition that is accretive to all facets of the larger Colliers Boston organization.”
