Eight months after buying a vacant distribution center at Devens, Boston-based GFI Partners has secured a full-building lease to a growing e-commerce provider.

Quiet Logistics leased 355,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at 64 Jackson Road, a 35-acre property in Devens Commerce Center.

Quiet Logistics will relocate from 184,077 square feet at 235 Barnum Road at Devens. The company delivers $1 billion in e-commerce orders annually, and its clients include Mack Weldon and Bonobos.

GFI Partners acquired the Jackson Road property in March for $23 million. The previous owner, alternative energy equipment provider AMSC, downsized to 114 East Main St. in Ayer, the Worcester Business Journal reported.

Newmark Knight Frank represented GFI in the lease transaction and Colliers International represented Quiet Logistics.
