Shared workspace provider Business District has expanded at 177 Huntington Ave. in Boston’s Back Bay. The company now occupies 16,000 square feet on the 14th and 17th floors.

Featuring commanding city views and floor-to-ceiling windows, Business District offers C-Suite level offices, conference rooms and gathering spots. The expansion space includes 30 private offices ranging from 55 to 160 square feet, a conference room and “recharge room” equipped by an EnergyPod by MetroNaps.

The 14th floor interiors were designed by Stack + Co. to complement the architecture of the I.M. Pei & Partners’ designed building.

Founded in 2016 by Medford natives Matt LoGuidice and Ben Gunther, Business District provides high-end shared workspaces equipped with Herman Miller adjustable desks and Humanscale ergonomic chairs.

“Our goal is to be the rare business that exceeds expectations, and we think we did that on the 17th floor. The new 14th floor will continue to push the boundaries in delivering unparalleled services and amenities unlike anything else available in the marketplace. The new floor will raise the bar even higher.” — Matt LoGuidice, co-founder and CEO, Business District
