- The new 147-room Archer Hotel Burlington has completed construction at 3rd Ave. in Burlington.
- Archer Hotels are a boutique brand developed by Wichita, Kansas-based LodgeWorks Partners, joining sister properties in Manhattan, Austin, Texas, and Napa, California. Two others are under construction in Florham Park, New Jersey and Redmond, Washington.
- Guest rooms are equipped with free WiFi and have four distinct layouts and range up to 570 square feet for Archer’s Dens which include private balconies, wet bars and 55-inch TVs.
- Designed by LK Architecture Inc. and built by Erland Construction, the property contains over 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, a 2,200-square-foot patio and indoor pool, and Archer’s Kitchen + Bar, which provides breakfast, evening bites, cocktails and midnight snacks.
