- Roadside assistance specialist Agero has signed a 17-year lease for 115,000 square feet of office space at 400 River’s Edge, a 4-story office building which recently broke ground in Medford.
- Agero will relocate its headquarters from the nearby One Cabot Road upon completion in 2019.
- East Boston Savings Bank provided $33.5 million in construction financing.
- Designed by architects Gensler and built by Columbia Construction of North Reading, the new headquarters will provide office space for 400 Agero employees along with 65 employees from its sister company, Financial Recovery Technologies, and a corporate office for Agero’s ownership, Cross Country Group.
- Located opposite the MBTA’s Wellington Station, the 1-million-square-foot River’s Edge development includes two office buildings, a pair of apartment complexes and a park with one-third mile of frontage on the Malden River.
