Spear Street Capital is marketing office space at the former Reebok headquarters campus in Canton as “The Block,” with plans to liven up the single-use office park overlooking Route 128.

The 518,000-square-foot building was custom-designed for the athletic goods manufacturer in 2000. The 42-acre campus includes outdoor playing fields and indoor fitness facilities including a regulation basketball court. CBRE/New England is marketing office space in each of the building’s wings to tenants looking for 82,000 square feet or more.

Trillium Brewing Co. plans to acquire a 135,000-square-foot light manufacturing building at 100 Royall St. for a large beer hall and events facility, according to Spear Street Capital, which acquired the entire 65-acre campus for $88 million in March.

Reebok moved to South Boston’s Innovation and Design Building in late 2017.
