Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has hired a new CFO.

The organization said in a statement earlier this month that it has tapped Joseph M. Princi II for the position. Princi has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including direct banking experience working for large international banking institutions, mid-tier banks and community banking institutions.

Prior to joining Jeanne D’Arc, Princi worked as the director of the USA for Mirai Advisory, a boutique consulting company based in Europe with offices in the U.S. and South and Central America.

He has also worked at Citizens Financial Group, Santander Holdings Inc., Darling Consulting Group and State Street Global Advisors, where he worked in financial forecasting, profitability, mergers and acquisitions and sensitivity analysis.
