Two JLL suburban leasing team veterans, Joe Fabiano and Michael Ciummei, have been named to lead JLL’s New England industrial practice.

The pair will spearhead JLL’s services for properties in the industrial, light manufacturing, logistics, R&D and distribution sectors across the region.

Fabiano’s past clients include Ingersoll Rand, Smith & Nephew, Samsonite and Stryker while Ciummei has executed transactions for Coca Cola Bottling Co. of Northern New England, Loomis Armored, Harris Systems and Emerson Ecologics.
