A newly-completed apartment complex steps from the MBTA’s South Weymouth commuter rail station is 60 percent leased in the first joint venture between a pair of local developers.

The 237-unit Mio complex is a joint venture of Boston-based Marcus Partners and John M. Corcoran & Co. of Braintree. Located at 39 Trotter Road, the three-building lists available units at monthly rents ranging from $1,745 to $3,280. Some 96 units are currently occupied.

Units are equipped with stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, quartz countertops and washers and dryers. Common area amenities include a roof deck, golf simulator and community room equipped with beer tap serving a rotating selection of beers from local brewers including Weymouth-based Vitamin Sea Brewery.

The project is professionally managed by Corcoran Management Company. Developers are marketing for lease a pair of ground-floor retail spaces suitable for such uses as cafes and fitness centers.

“Along with our partners at Corcoran, we are extremely pleased to complete this project on time and within budget, especially in such a challenging year,” Josh Berman, senior vice president at Marcus Partners, said in a statement.
