| Lisa Kraus, the Western Massachusetts vice president and mortgage sales manager at United Bank in West Springfield, has been named the 2015 Affiliate of the Year by the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley – the association’s highest honor for an associate. The announcement was made during the association’s annual awards banquet on June 11.
Selected for her outstanding service and devotion to the organization, Kraus has been a member of the association since 1999, and is chairperson of the Community Service Committee and a member of the Affiliate-Realtor Committee.
Kraus has participated in and organized a number of fundraising and community service events, including the association’s annual golf tournament and holiday gift delivery to homeless shelters.
