Boston-based law firm Burns & Levinson will move down the Greenway to another high-rise office tower, in a move that will provide a more collaborative workspace.

The firm has leased 100,000 square feet at 125 High St. and will relocate its 250 lawyers and staff from 125 Summer St., which it’s occupied since 1990, in July.

Burns & Levinson will occupy two floors connected by a grand staircase within the 950,000-square-foot tower owned by Tishman Speyer. In a statement, Managing Partner David Rosenblatt said the new space will foster more collaboration. The firm is currently spread across five floors at 125 Summer St. totaling 103,000 square feet.

Gensler will design the firm’s buildout, with plans for numerous common areas to support the firm’s “entrepreneurial” style of practice, Burns & Levinson said.
