A marketing company will relocate to Boston’s Center Plaza after leasing 7,164 square feet from landlord Synergy Investments of Boston.

W20 Group picked the location because of its proximity to the MBTA’s Park Street station, providing connections to its health care industry client base in Cambridge, senior director of operations Beth Weiss said in a statement. The company will relocate from 101 Tremont St.

Avison Young Senior Vice President Justin Dziama represented W20 Group in the lease negotiation.

Existing tenants at 3 Center Plaza include Spotify, Buildium, Racepoint, Grubhub and Zafgen.
