A Newton Corner office building and home to one of Greater Boston’s top-rated buffalo wing joints has obtained $13 million in refinancing from Eastern Bank.

The 313 Washington St. building completed in 1988 contains nearly 81,000 square feet of office and retail space leased to more than 20 tenants, including popular gathering spot Buff’s Pub.

JLL capital markets team led by Director Martha Nay arranged the five-year, fixed-rate loan on behalf of landlord Grander Capital Partners, which acquired the property in 2016 for $15 million.

“Newton Corner has been white hot in recent months, making the property a sound financing for Eastern Bank, who will undoubtedly be a strong lender for Grander in the years to come,” Nay said in a statement.
