Miamisburg, Ohio-based Caesar Creek Software has opened an office in Woburn for its first East Coast location.
The firm recently leased 5,500 square feet at 400 West Cummings Park. Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty represented Ceasar Creek in its negotiations with Cummings.
“In the past year alone, numerous companies – such as Summa America, Genturi and LexaGene – have opted for Boston’s northern suburbs over Boston or Cambridge for their first Massachusetts location,” Cummings Leasing Director Mike Truesdale said in a statement.
Founded in 1998, Ceasar Creek is simultaneously expanding in Ohio with the construction of a new office building in Springboro with plans to double its staff to 62 employees within six years, according to a Dayton Daily News report. The Woburn location is Caesar Creek’s first location outside Ohio.
